Payments and Refunds

At TCL ISC, we strive to provide the best learning experience for all of our students. We understand that in some circumstances, a refund might be required. Our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair to ensure transparency for both the student and the centre.

Course Withdrawal before Commencement

All requests for withdrawal must be made in writing at least 14 days before the course begins.

Course Withdrawal after Commencement

No refund will be provided for withdrawals made after the commencement of the course.

Class Cancellations by the Centre

If TCL ISC cancels a class or course due to insufficient enrolment or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to the affected students, including any registration fees that may have been charged.

Changes in Class Schedule

If there is a significant change in the class schedule (e.g., change of day, time, or location) that prevents the student from attending, they are entitled to a full refund for the remaining sessions.

Refund Process

1. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the head office within 5 working days of withdrawal or cancellation.
2. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the written request.
3. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.

Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:

Exceptional Circumstances

In case of exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies or relocation, it is at the discretion of our centre to offer a refund or credit for future courses. Supporting documentation may be required.

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to periodically review this page for any changes. Your continued use of the website after any updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
