DESIGN, BUILD
AND NURTURE IT
WITH PERC.IO

The world doesn’t stand still, we work and live in a dynamic environment. As designers, technologists, entrepreneurs, and all the flavours in between, we are driven by the forces of change.

We take your expertise and rapidly turn it into commercially capable applications. Our secure sovereign cloud is designed for “Rapid Enterprise”, enabling you to spend more time on the problem, therefore helping you deliver better experiences. We’ve created a place where ideas are born through design thinking, allowing you to create value in
record time.

There are three practice domains we believe cater to subject matter expertise or novel IP that needs to flourish:

  • Design thinking and user experience
  • Rapid prototyping
  • Rapid enterprise (private cloud infrastructure)

DESIGN THINKING AND
USER EXPERIENCE

Sythesizing subject matter expertise into valuable products.

Having deep domain expertise is valuable in itself, however transferring this value at scale can be challenging. Using a suite of mature techniques, including service design, user experience and design thinking, we help SME’s realise value in the digital realm. This can be through the interrogation of a business problem to uncover novel solutions or the design of processes/techniques and translating them to the screen. Each job to be done or problem to solve is unique, this is where our government and enterprise expertise comes to play. Having decades of experience dealing with complex problems and rigorous governance, we are well placed to service a broad customer base.

Case study in action:

Our founder was integral to the design and delivery of the NSW customer and digital strategy called “Beyond Digital”. This required a mix of service design, prototyping and digital delivery capabilities. Embedded in a multidisciplinary team we worked through the problem space, conducted user research and workshops, that culminated in a set of wireframes and documentation. The wireframes were turned into a high fidelity prototype using Sketch and the NSW design system. The results are now live on the Beyond Digital website, we invite you to take a look.

WE CAN HELP

SPRINTX

Four weeks + two people = rapid prototype.

Our sister company TrustCore has created a powerful private cloud platform that allows us to rapidly develop enterprise ready prototypes. We can very quickly spin up microservices and API’s that will allow any SME to realise their vision in a secure and tangible form. We do this by pairing the SME or product owner with a service/UX designer and a coder with the singular goal of developing a prototype. At the end of the SprintX process you get a secure enterprise ready prototype that writes real data to a fully scalable infrastructure. We use our existing frameworks, paired with a WCAG 2.0 tested design system borrowed from the NSW government. This novel approach allows you to showcase real value in an incredibly short time. The platform can support highly sensitive data, so they prototype can house commercial information and can become an MVP in short order. Please contact us for pricing.

RAPID ENTERPRISE

Four weeks + two people = rapid prototype.

The TrustCore platform is enterprise by default, built on strong open standards, allowing rapid and secure development. In simple terms, this means you can have smart API’s customised to your business problem (within a highly secure environment), that will allow any developer to rapidly deliver real value to the business. The amount of support and functionality required by Rapid Enterprise is completely up to you, our team can build the application from scratch or just accelerate your teams velocity. The platform is built around twelve practice domains, that when interlocked become a powerful enterprise grade private cloud.
